♦ Serving Instructions: 1. Empty a bag in 2 litres of boiling water. Stir occasionally. 2. Check the hardness of the noodles occasionally. Be careful with spillage of boiling water. 3. To eat in Kamaage-style, drain half of the water used to cook the noodles, and add plain hot water in the pan to adjust the thickness of the soup. 4. To eat in other ways, pour the noodles into a strainer to remove water.
