Kabuse-Ryokucha grown with a net over its new leaves to reduce sunlight has a greater amount of the savory element theanine than sencha. Enjoy the luxurious savory taste of Kabuse-Ryokucha combined with the flavor of matcha.
How to enjoy: Pour 1 liter of cold water over 15 g (3 tablespoons) of tea leaves, wait 60 minutes, then stir tea leaves thoroughly and remove them. Or, pour 50 ml of boiled and cooled water (60℃) over 3 g (a bit less than a tablespoon) of tea leaves, then steep for 2 minutes. Pour out to the very last drop.
Notes: Freshness is essential to tea. This product is nitrogen fill-packed to maintain fresh flavor, but please consume promptly. Used tea leaves decay and degenerate over time, so always use new tea leaves.
