Using sansho pepper from Asakura, which is famous for its strong flavor profile,
this furikake's recipe was made to recreate the flavor of Mabo-Doufu.
Kashiwa chicken, which is often used in Kyoto cuisine, soy sauce and
tobanjan make this furikake more like Okazu than just a rice seasoning.
It is very versatile, you can put it in various dishes or just
