The soy sauce is made with Fukui Prefecture's soybeans, flour, salt, rice, water and brewed for over a year.
What makes this sauce extra delicious is the aged black garlic from Fukui's Eiheiji area.
Since the sauce is made with aged black garlic, it doesn't have the characteristic scent of garlic.
Add a splash of this delicious sauce to spice up your dishes. It'll be a great addition to stir-fry or curry.
